At Moore and Company, it is our goal to provide the latest information and contacts for anyone in need of an accessible home in the Grand Rapids Metro area.

We specialize in providing real estate and construction services for those interested in either buying, selling, building or remodeling an accessible home.

Over the last several years we have experienced, first hand, how difficult it can be to meet the individual needs of our clients with wide ranging mobility and accessibility issues.

Because of the complexities involved in this complicated process, we have sought out and partnered with professionals in the fields of construction, architecture, design, and finance to form the team necessary to find or create workable solutions for the widest range of clients in need of accessible homes.

As a point of beginning in this process, we have created a way to identify and list, in one place, the majority of all of the homes in the Grand Rapids Metro area that are listed as being "accessible" on the Grand Rapids Association of Realtors Multiple Listing Service.

One of the members of our team personally visits each one of these homes to determine its level of accessibility and a short  summary is then prepared that contains more detailed information about the accessible features of each home. By providing this service to our clients and customers, we hope to save you time, energy, effort, and money looking at homes that will not fit your accessibility needs. 

Because Grand Rapids Association of Realtors board rules do not allow any company to add any information to an original listing that is not theirs, you may request the accessible summary information that we compile for our files directly from us . By joining our site, we will be in compliance with the rules and you will be able to view and print the .pdf that we have prepared and you have requested as a member.

We are spearheading the effort to develop homes that are beautiful, simple and open in design, and truly accessible in every way. We are also currently designing homes that will "flex" with a person's needs, both in size and usability, in an effort to support the owner’s ability to "age in place" and to serve the needs of those with progressive health challenges.
